"Bald Eagle Scratchboard" by local artist Olga Lindsay.

This scratchboard is of high quality and is imported from England. It is a baked white clay with a black ink coating.
When "scratched" with a fine needle, it creates a white line which makes up the eagle's head. She then painted the beak and eye yellow for a really fantastic look.
The piece is triple matted and framed.
Overall dimensions are 24 in. X 28 in.
The scratchboard is on display at the Starved Rock Lock and Dam.
